When distributing mass emails, the law requires that a recipient can unsubscribe from such emails. While politician emails are for the explicit purpose to allow the media and voting public to contact politicians, there are approximately 1080 politicians (provincially and federally), and it is not practical for me to distribute my reports manually by individual mail. Therefore, my email notifications of each report sent out to Canadian politicians are unsubscribable, so theoretically, I must remove them from my report notifications. However, for whatever reason, here are the politicians that have unsubscribed from my policy report notifications, and presumably are uninterested in evidence-based policymaking:

- Dan Davies – Legislative Assembly of British Columbia
- Enrico Ciccone – National Assembly of Québec
- Josh Guenter – Legislative Assembly of Manitoba
- Lisa Beare – Legislative Assembly of British Columbia
- Stephen Blais – Member of Provincial Parliament of Ontario
